Yes, at one80 this week, we are going to be talking about sex. We're going to be watching a dvd by an American speaker named Pam Stenzel, called "Sex has a pricetag." The dvd is quite an upfront and confronting look at what God has to say about sex, and what can happen when young people don't follow God's plan for sex (yes, the bible does talk about sex)
We'll then be spending some time discussing some of the issues that are raised in the dvd.
This is going to be a really good night to learn some new things and be challenged about our thoughts on sex, so we really encourage everyone to come along, but we'd like to remind that this Friday night is only for students in HIGH SCHOOL.
The Fat for term 2 will be handed out next week too (and it will be up on this site too, with a link in the side menu), and canteen and the tear tin will be open for business.
If your parents, or you, are concerned about the content of the dvd, then give Mike a ring (his number is on the fat) and he'll be happy to chat about it and answer any questions you might have.
