FRIDAYIn a great annual tradition, which stretches many, many years back, to when half of the one80 leaders were in high school, this Friday night the lights go off and the torches come out for Infiltration!
Come ready to creep and crawl through the dark maze, in search of the loot which will bring your team victory.
Come dressed in clothes you can move around in, and darker colours will be of some assistance (charcoal and dark blues and browns are actually better then black)
Tonight is amazingly free, and the canteen will be open for business (but not during the game)
7.30-10pm at VACC, cyas there!
SATURDAY
If you love coming to one80 and being a part of Village Avenue Community Church, then come along to the working bee at the church on Saturday. It's our chance to get together and do some maintenance on the church- fixing fences, trimming gardens, mowing the lawn, cleaning, fixing...things that are broken....
Anyway, it's also a great opportunity to spend time with other people from the church community, and put back into the church.
I normally starts early, normally around 7.30, but I'd say about 8.30-9am is a good time to arrive. Oh, one other small detail- free morning tea.
SUNDAY
Mike is ready to rip right into another of THE BIG TEN this Sunday night, and tonight he'll be speaking on "The Name Above All Names." Come along at 6pm for some good music and a great chance to catch up with each other and hear more about what God has to say to us.
